Meet Sue Leighton -MBACP

Integrative Psychotherapist & Founder of Inner Balance Digital

My experience spans over three decades of supporting people in the helping professions. I have worked within the NHS, Derbyshire County Council and several Private and Voluntary Sector Organisations.

My core training integrates my extensive professional experience and post graduate qualifications gained from the University of Derby in Psychodynamic Practice.

In addition to my various roles since graduation, I established a thriving Private Counselling Practice, specialising in Trauma-Informed Therapy and have assisted clients with a wide array of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, abuse, self-esteem, loss and addictions.

Through ongoing Professional Development, I have incorporated various modalities into my core training which include Psychospiritual Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Energy healing), Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness Training and Couples Counselling all from accredited training providers.

I have always had a lifelong passion for self-development and dedicated my career to empowering others to achieve their goals. I hope these resources help inspire and motivate you to work on yourself to facilitate inner healing and discover your true potential.
